Brew with the right water at the right temperature - filtered is best between 195-205 Fahrenheit.
Use a scale to measure your coffee and water. Use one part coffee to 15–18 parts water, depending on taste preference.

This is your coffee-to-water ratio. For this recipe, we will be using 25 grams of coffee and 400 grams of water.
We recommend you use a burr grinder and grind your coffee fresh just before brewing.
If you don't have a thermometer, wait 60-90 seconds after boil
Step 1: Gather your supplies
Step 2: Rinse filter and position brewer
Heat water to 205F. Place filter in designated basket and rinse with heated water. Connect piston and chamber and turn upside down.
Step 3: Grind coffee and finish Aeropress prep
Weigh 18g coffee and grind on a fine setting(should be like powder). Place the brewer on scale.
Step 4: Add coffee to brewer
Dump coffee in filter, and shake to level grounds. Zero the scale.
Step 5: Bloom coffee
Start a timer and pour 40g of water and swirl a few times aggressively to saturate entire bed of coffee.
Step 6: Begin brewing
Wait 30 seconds and then pour water to 100g within 10 seconds. Use stirrer to agitate the coffee from front to back 5 times.
Step 7: Attach filter and Invert
Immediately lock the pre-wetted filter to the main part, press out any air. Turn the brewer back to right side up, and place on top of whatever receiver you’ve chosen.
Step 8: Wait and then plunge
Let the coffee sit. At 1:45 begin pressing out coffee by leaning into it using your body weight, should take about 30 seconds.
Step 9: Enjoy
Grab a preheated mug and savor your rich, full bodied cup of coffee.
