Brew with the right water at the right temperature - filtered is best between 195-205 Fahrenheit.
Use a scale to measure your coffee and water. Use one part coffee to 15–18 parts water, depending on taste preference.

This is your coffee-to-water ratio. For this recipe, we will be using 25 grams of coffee and 400 grams of water.
We recommend you use a burr grinder and grind your coffee fresh just before brewing.
If you don't have a thermometer, wait 60-90 seconds after boil
Step 1: Gather your supplies
Step 2: Heat water and prep Aeropress
Heat water to 195F. Attach the piston part to the chamber part and turn upside down and on the scale. Be sure to leave as much room in the chamber as possible especially if using Aeropress go.
Step 3: Grind coffee
Weigh 14g coffee and grind on a medium setting, like sand granules.
Step 4: Add grounds
Place coffee in chamber, and shake to level grounds. Zero out scale.
Step 5: Pour water and agitate
Start a timer and quickly pour to 200g. Agitate the coffee with a stirrer for 10 seconds.
Step 6: Attach filter cap and plunge
Attach the filter cap and at 1 minute and 50 seconds flip brewer, place on designated receiver and press everything through.
Step 7: Serve & enjoy
